Article I - Name

The name of this non-profit Florida Association shall be the Florida Aero Club, Inc. (F.A.C.) 

Article II - Purpose and Definitions

To promote Aviation in general and private flying in particular. To promote safety among its membership

To improve the public attitude towards private flying and private pilots.

To assist the FAA and State authorities in their efforts to increase safety and promote aviation.

To develop mutual protection of F.A.C. members against discrimination through laws, taxes, and expenditure of public funds and use of flying facilities.

To sponsor flights throughout the state of Florida and/or foreign air tours.

To develop additional Chapters of the F.A.C. throughout the state of Florida.

To render all practical aid and extend the hand of fellowship to visiting airmen.
